Creative Cultivation Cohort
A six week small group online gathering where we dig deep to find the weeds (creative blocks), clear them with the power of breath, and joyfully capture our creative sprouts - in stories, drawings, poems, songs, or whatever strange and beautiful creative medium makes you feel alive.
The Hark & BLOOM Method
A fun and deeply transformative process that helps you reconnect with your creative desires and unfurl your unique creative expression.
01. Listen
pause & inquire
Through the listening process, we learn to slow down, to pay attention to the magic and hidden wisdom of our bodies, our spirits, and each other.
02. Alchemize
Dig Deep & Heal
Once we’ve remembered how to listen with care, we explore what’s calling our attention through a lens of curiosity and wonder. We dive into the areas where spirit is calling you to investigate. We use a variety of mindfulness tools and techniques to help you understand what your soul is longing to express.
03. Express
Allow & Create
When you’re ready to step into the truth of your creative desires, we empower you to share your gifts with our loving community and feel what it’s like to be in full JOYus bloom!

“A releasing & healing session.”
Nicole's compassionate centering and co-creator of our sacred space put my anxiety at ease and for the next handful of sessions, Nicole provided the processes to identify blockages and avoidance that was preventing my nervous system from feeling calm, collected and content. Working with Nicole has permitted me to pivot and produce the lost hope, dreams and desires in my personal, creative, and professional days.
